Viveo Estate · Spain
Practical answers about buying, investing, building and caring for property in Costa Blanca South and Murcia.
Viveo presents selected properties and can also search around your budget, intended use, timing and preferred area. The Property Match Assessment is the best starting point if you do not yet have a shortlist.
The current focus is Costa Blanca South and Murcia, including the Costa Cálida. Opportunities elsewhere are considered case by case when the brief and local delivery route make sense.
You share your budget, purpose, timing and priorities. Where there is a suitable fit, Viveo can prepare a focused shortlist with the reasons each route or property may suit your brief and the questions to verify next.
Yes. The process is designed for buyers planning from abroad. Licensed legal, tax, mortgage and technical work is completed by the relevant appointed professionals.
It may be a new-build or off-plan purchase, a land-and-build project, an unfinished structure, or another property with a defined improvement scope. The right route depends on budget, timing, intended use and risk tolerance.
Viveo does not guarantee returns. Where projections are used, assumptions for purchase cost, taxes, works, finance, timing, income and resale must be shown clearly and verified before a decision.
Compare the total acquisition cost, required works, planning status, payment schedule, holding costs, realistic programme, intended use and exit options—not only the advertised price or headline return.
Occasionally, when there is clear seller authority and enough information to assess the opportunity. Off-market does not remove the need for legal, technical and financial due diligence.
New homes, extensions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, interior fit-out, pools, terraces, pergolas and landscaping can be scoped as individual packages or as a wider project.
No. SIP, timber frame, other off-site systems and conventional construction are possible. The system must suit the approved design, plot conditions, structural requirements, programme and budget.
Yes, where the project is suitable. The proposal must define exactly what is included in the structure, envelope, services, finishes, site works and external works, together with exclusions and client-supplied items.
At minimum: the property or plot location, intended scope, drawings or measurements, site access, planning status and the required finish level. Foundations, earthworks, utilities and professional costs remain plot-dependent until checked.
Depending on the property, services can include keyholding, scheduled checks, photo reports, maintenance coordination, light works, pool and garden coordination, rental support and community-area care.
Plans are quoted after the property, visit frequency, access arrangements and required services are reviewed. Additional repairs or works should have an agreed scope before they begin.
Reporting is agreed with the service plan and can include checklists, photos, open issues, completed tasks and recommended next actions.
Use the Care enquiry buttons or email viveo@viveo.estate. A dedicated public phone and WhatsApp number will only be added when the correct Spanish contact route is available.
Use Property Match if you are buying or comparing an investment route. Use Viveo Works for a build, renovation, interior or outdoor project. Use Viveo Care if you already own a property and need ongoing support.
Share the location, property or plot status, what you want to achieve, your working budget, intended timeframe and any drawings, listings or photos already available.
Viveo reviews whether the request fits the current service area and capability, then confirms the information needed for a shortlist, property review or scoped proposal.
The online Property Match Assessment is free. If a project later requires surveys, measurements, design work or other professional input, that scope and fee should be agreed before it begins.
Yes, when roles, information, approvals and responsibilities are clear. Regulated work remains with the appropriately qualified and appointed professional.
Viveo should say so early. A clear no—or a request for missing information—is better than offering a route that cannot be delivered responsibly.
