A little clarity before you start.
Do you handle smaller jobs?
You can enquire about a defined job such as painting, door or window replacement, flooring or repairs, as well as larger renovations. The scope and scheduling are confirmed before work is agreed.
Do I need to have bought through Viveo?
No. Existing owners can contact Viveo Works directly.
Which areas do you cover?
All Costa Blanca and Murcia. Provide the town and the required work so the appropriate project arrangements can be confirmed.
Can I see my kitchen or bathroom in 3D before work starts?
Yes. We can develop the layout, materials and finishes, then create 3D visuals and 360° views so you can explore the proposal before implementation. The design work, deliverables and revisions are agreed as part of your project scope.
Can I send photos before arranging a visit?
Yes. Photos and approximate measurements help with an initial review. Some work still requires a site inspection or specialist assessment before a firm quotation.
Can you coordinate work while I am abroad?
This can be included in the agreed scope, with access arrangements, an appointed contact and agreed updates. Access is arranged with the owner’s permission.
Can you coordinate several trades?
A defined renovation package can bring the relevant trades into one agreed scope and sequence. Responsibilities are set out before work begins.
Do alterations or extensions need technical work or permissions?
Requirements depend on the proposed work and property. The relevant qualified professionals review what is needed; no online enquiry constitutes approval.
Can I supply my own materials?
This can be discussed before quotation, including quantities, suitability, delivery, installation responsibility and any warranty implications.
Do you build completely new houses?
Complete new-home projects are handled through Viveo Build. Viveo Works focuses on renovations, repairs, extensions and improvements to existing properties.
